Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the Wasef Amer Auto Parts mobile application (the "Service") operated by WasefAmer Co. ("the Company", "Us", "We", or "Our").
By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of the terms, You may not access the Service.
The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, You represent that You are at least 18 years old.
The Service is provided for commercial use to customers who wish to browse our catalog and place product requests. All users must be authorized and given access credentials by the Company.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activity, including but not limited to:
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or access backend code or data.
Interfering with the security, functionality, or performance of the Service.
Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with the Company.
User accounts are created by the Company. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials provided to You. You may not share your account with others.

By submitting a request through the app, You agree that:
Your request constitutes a binding order from your side.
The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order due to issues like incorrect pricing or out-of-stock items.
The Company is not obligated to fulfill any order unless it is confirmed in writing or by direct communication.
All logos, trademarks, and brand elements, including the WasefAmer logo, are the exclusive property of the Company. You may not use, copy, or reproduce these materials without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete Your account at our sole discretion, particularly if You violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
The Service is provided to You "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous access, uptime, or error-free operation of the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Palestinian Territories. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nablus, Palestine.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users via email or through the app in advance of changes. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes Your acceptance of the new Terms.
